that the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying: ‘I am the LORD; speak thou unto Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I speak unto thee.’
What's bothering Rashi?
God again tells Moses to speak to Pharaoh, but had this command not already been given earlier? Why state it once more?
